Allergen Statement

Medi-Chef aims to comply with legislative requirements in declaring the common ingredients known to cause allergic reactions when they are present in food.

The following ingredients are:

  • Crustaceans and their products (e.g. prawns)
  • Peanuts and their products
  • Soybeans and their products
  • Tree nuts and their products
  • Sesame seeds and their products
  • Fish and fish products
  • Milk and milk products
  • Gluten and cereals containing gluten ( wheat, rye, oats, barley and spelt)
  • Added sulphites (in concentrations of 10mg/kg or more)
  • Lupin

Note that Medichef provides gluten free and lactose free food items from a kitchen where non-gluten free and non-lactose free food is also produced.
